What would you be doing:
As a Marketing and Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming office environment. You will manage daily office operations and support our marketing efforts by developing social media strategies, publishing content, assisting with events, overseeing our YouTube channel and more.
Your duties will include:

• You enjoy developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to enhance our brand visibility and engagement.
• You love to publish compelling marketing content that aligns with our company's goals and audience interests.
• You excel at organizing and coordinating events, ensuring successful execution and promotion.
• You are excited about collaborating with team members to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• You are comfortable managing YouTube channel operations, including content scheduling, viewer engagement, and performance analysis.
• You can manage day-to-day office tasks such as organizing office supplies, restocking the fridge, coordinating lunches and in person events.
• You are comfortable maintaining office supplies and food inventory and placing orders as needed.
• You are happy to assist with welcoming people to the office and ensuring that new employees have badges.
• You enjoy overseeing office facilities and ensuring they are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• You can quickly and efficiently liaise with vendors and contractors to coordinate office services and repairs.
• You are comfortable supporting team members with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

What to Know Before You Apply:

• This position is based at our office in Denver and would require being in the office.
• Some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate occasional evening or weekend events.

We believe employees should be paid fairly and equitably. Salary ranges may vary depending on your previous experience. The Denver salary for this role is: $45,000 - $55,000.
