Job Summary:
We are seeking an Entry Level Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of merchandise

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to drive sales initiatives
- Excellent customer service abilities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience in outside sales or door-to-door sales is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other sales software is advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
- Multilingual proficiency is beneficial for diverse customer interactions
- Interest or experience in solar sales or related markets is a bonus

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Commission only

• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
