Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales activities including door-to-door sales, energy sales, and technical sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Utilize sales software to track leads, manage customer accounts, and analyze sales data.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual proficiency).
- Knowledge of solar sales or technical sales is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey product information to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
• Commission only
• Commission pay
• Monthly bonus
• Uncapped commission
