Customer Service Representative

We have an exciting opportunity for an articulate, creative and enthusiastic team player to join our team. You will have experience in customer service, answering phones, and taking orders. You should be organized and thorough.

The Customer Service Rep's responsibilities include achieving & maintaining a high level of service, quality & performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using Netsuite to review orders and provide customers with an update on their orders.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Answering emails
• Answering phones
• Review backorders and let customers know lead times
• Entering orders
• Helping customers find the correct product
• Contacting customers about backorders
• Data Entry
• Upload tracking for dropships
• Inputting notes into orders and backorders.
• Learning our product line
• Answer customer questions
• Getting tracking numbers for incoming purchase orders
• Coordinate with our purchasing and contact customers about delays
• Issue RMA's and process returns
• Look up inventory for customers
• Help walk-in customers
• Submit UPS, USPS and Fedex Claims
• Other administrative tasks assigned to you.

Qualifications/ Ideal candidate profile:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be Reliable and like to work
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to identify problem situations before they escalate.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong team player and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent administrative skills.
• High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate math skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Experience in NetSuite or other ERP systems
• E-Commerce Customer experience is a plus (eBay, Amazon, Walmart, personal company website).

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
