As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Bilingual candidates may assist with translation or interpretation as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in wireless or technology sales is a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
