Job Description:

• Manage order creation, enter orders in our system, order processing, issue handling, damage allowance, replacement processing, and order tracking.
• Must be comfortable working closely with dealers throughout the project and promptly address concerns.
• Other administrative duties

Requirement:

• Must be fluent in English
• Knowledge in the Allmoxy system is a Plus
• Must have leadership and problem-solving skills
• Active Listening skills
• Customer service Skills
• Analytical skills and flexibility in dealing with a changing environment is required.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
