ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Grow volume and margin by closing new accounts Identify new business accountsProspect for new business by:NetworkingAttending industry functions and tradeshowsEngaging suppliers and other lead follow upsDevelop product training and resource support as needed by sales.Identify CPA's unique value and selling propositions and differentiators for sales reps to use as a tool in positioning activity & collaboration with suppliers.Create sales tools (i.e., must win/must advance)Organize WebinarsOrganize TrainingsConduct regular target reviewsDevelop pipeline and manageManage the integrity of the pipeline and identify the resources needed by sales to commercialize the opportunity.KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: Complex thinking skills in translating customer needs into solutions.Technical aptitude and problem-solving skillsProfessional presence, including excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Broad knowledge of solutions, materials and processing.Self-motivated and able to work autonomously on a day-to-day basis.Team player.Good interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to interact with all personality styles as well as various cultural backgroundsStrong organizational skills required.Minimal training and oversight required. Strong computer skills, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Dynamics (CRM) and Outlook.Ability to travel up to 50%, may increase on occasion.
