Title- Junior Litigation Associate
Location-New York, NY

Shift Timing- Normal Day shift

Job Description-

The ideal candidate has at least three years substantive law firm experience in commercial real estate litigation and corporate litigation, including: drafting and arguing dispositive motions and injunction papers, e-discovery, discovery disputes and taking and defending depositions.

Admission in New York required, New Jersey admission preferred.

Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and appeals
State and Federal Court appearances and mediations.

Required-

Excellent legal research and writing skills
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and prioritizing skills
Effective communication and written skills for client contact
Admitted in New York; New Jersey preferred.
