A top 10 AM-ranked law firm are currently looking to onboard a Securities Litigation Associate to join their award-winning Securities and Shareholder Litigation practice group in New York. The team have been recognised by The Legal 500, Benchmark Litigation and are ranked Band 1 globally for litigation by Chambers and Partners. Their attorneys are widely recognised as elite practitioners, with a long track record of obtaining dismissals for leading corporations, financial institutions and executives in high- stakes securities class actions.

Experience:

Desired candidates must have 3-6 years of extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on securities class actions, shareholder derivative claims and other complex business disputes. Excellent academic credentials and admission to practice in New York is also required. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading litigators ranked by Chambers USA and The Best Lawyers in America List. You will have the opportunity to represent issuers, boards of directors, board committees and senior mangement across a broad spectrum of industries in a wide variety of disputes in federal and state courts across the country.
