We have been retained by an impressive, well-established, full-service, 30-attorney law firm in midtown Manhattan (can work from home two days per week) seeking to hire a midlevel litigation associate with strong writing skills and credentials for a role focused on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, international litigation/arbitrations, shareholder and corporate governance matters, employment litigation, and real estate litigation. The firm offers an excellent work/life balance (around 1500-1700 hours annually), significant opportunities for advancement, good hands-on experience, a friendly environment with very low attrition, and an impressive set of attorneys (including from elite BigLaw backgrounds). The base salary would likely be $170,000-230,000, depending on class year and experience, and the bonus would be small ($5,000-10,000 likely). I have placed two litigators with the firm.
