Rangeline is hiring for a brand-new role to support the Human Resources team!

Overview:

The HR Generalist II will support the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including assisting in the hiring and interviewing of candidates, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Role Responsibilities

  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions for assigned territories; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Assist in the system implementation transition (PayMaster and SharePoint to Paycom)
  • Will support HR Generalist in day-to-day duties
  • Assist in annual compliance reporting and periodic audits
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • May assist in effective, thorough, and objective investigations for complex employee relation issues as requested by direct supervisor.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce, and succession planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
