This position will sit at customer sit in Los Angeles CA 90058. Would like Monday-Friday 6am-3pm Pacific work hours.

Randstad Technologies has an immediate need with our longstanding end customer, a leading manufacturing company with offices in Los Angeles.

6 month contract with potential to extend long term.

Required Skills:

- 4 years of Windows PC support experience

- 2 years of PC desk side experience

- Experience building new machines (imaging, cloning, etc.)

- Experience setting up users in Active Directory and SCCM

- Proficient with Windows 10

- Proficient using ticketing systems and asset/inventory management software

- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- Able to drive to other office located 1 mile away as needed

Desired Skills

- A or similar certification

- Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities:

- Assist with PC shipping and receiving

- Build new Win 10 machines using imaging / cloning software

- Enter new user info into Active Director

- Use SCCM as needed

- Log incoming and outgoing machines into Asset Management software

- Provide deskside PC set up and support, many users will be returning to the office and needing help with connecting PC, plugging in monitor and peripherals, etc.

- Find and track issues to completion using ticketing system

- Occasionally use MS Teams as needing for calls and virtual meetings

- Occasionally drive to another office building approximately 1 mile away when in person support is required

• Education: No Degree Required
