This resource will be part of the Commercial Banking Client Insight & Product Management team working as a Business Data expert on the Climate Project. The resource will support business requirements for Sustainable Finance, act as product owner of workflow tool, help with UAT and work with audit requirements.
In this assignment, you will:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables
- Strategically collaborate and consult with our personnel
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
Additional Desired Qualifications
- 7 years of relationship experience with business & technology
- 7 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business analysis, data analysis, business consulting, data management
- 5 years SQL experience
- Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity
- Experience leading the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
- Experience with Sustainable Finance and Financed Emission is a plus
- Experience with tableau or any other BI tool
Examples of Responsibilities
- Working with LOB (CB / CIB) Subject Matter Experts on gathering requirements for implementation into the Climate Data Repository
- Lead the creation of User Stories for Sustainable Finance
- Acting as intermediary and data management expert between LOBs and Technical Teams in generating requirements (user stories), data sourcing, and execution strategies
- Report regularly on progress to multiple milestones and escalate pending issues as necessary
- Work with Scrum team in prioritizing User Stories during Sprint Planning
- Analyze SQL queries in developing User Stories for adoption into the Climate Repository Automation project
