Telemarketing Executive –Omaha -

Randox has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-orientated individual to join a global leader in the provision of medical diagnostics. The role will include assisting the international sales team with customer development and market knowledge that will be gained through extensive research. These telemarketing executives will be focused on selling predominately QC products over the phone to laboratories throughout the USA. There will be a focus on short-dated reagents also.

Initially it will be a 6-month trial period with an option for us to extend further.

The Role:

To support the sales team in lead generation and customer development.
Outbound calling and/or emailing of prospective customers.
Sales lead follow-up in conjunction with the Randox Sales process where deemed appropriate.
Sales lead generation and transfer to appropriate sales consultant where deemed appropriate.
Use of internet to generate and confirm prescriber contact details.
To focus on market mapping and focused selling activities. Ultimately to increase opportunities and sales growth.
Extensive research into the markets and gaining knowledge for potential/new customers.

The Candidate:

Essential:

Aptitude and confidence in conversing with decision makers.
A minimum of 1 year working in telesales/telemarketing with experience in market research and cold calling.
Confident in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Investigative in actions and thinking.
Excellent communication skills both with the clients and other colleagues.
Articulate in oral, written, and visual presentations.

Desirable:

Be qualified to a degree level.
Previous industry experience, especially in relation to laboratory/IVD products.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
Experience in the IVD industry within USA.
