Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients, providing them with a warm and professional welcome
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Type and proofread documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Experience:
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
