Yamhill County Health & Human Services is Hiring a Coordinator clinic Near McMinnville, OR

PLEASE NOTE : Salary is dependent on experience. Yamhill County typically hires between steps 1-4

Yamhill County has one regular full-time position for a Clinical Care Coordinator (QMHA) to work on the Family & Youth team providing a combination of case management, direct service, and administrative support.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the incoming referrals from community partners, conducting CANS screenings with youth and their caregivers, facilitating skills groups with clients using evidence-based curricula, providing administrative support for crisis services and outreach for transitions out of care, and work with supervisors to collect and interpret outcome data for accessibility.

The Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a social services field.
  • At least one year of experience.
  • An appropriate combination of education and experience may substitute for the above.
  • A Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) certification of the ability to obtain one within the first year of employment.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required. You will be required to complete a background check.

The successful candidate will have excellent skills in organization, paperwork management, and communication - both verbally and in writing, in addition to typing and computer proficiency and will be dependable, organized, self-directed, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to interact with co-workers, clients, and the public in a courteous, professional manner.

Other requirements include the ability to : understand the behavior of people under stress, develop cooperative relationships with clients, their families, and the community, maintain relationships with physicians, law enforcement agencies, the courts, public and private administrators, and the community in general.
