Relentless Collision is a leading auto body repair shop known for delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain our excellent service standards.

As an Auto Body Shop Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.

- Scheduling appointments for vehicle repairs and services.

- Explaining repair processes to customers.

- Communicating with insurance companies and processing claims.

- Handling customer complaints and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

- Coordinating with technicians and other staff to ensure smooth workflow.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or automotive repair is a plus.

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an auto body shop or related industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
