Reporting to Controller

Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is comprised of over 100 radiologists. All with exceptional skill and expertise, most are fellowship-trained in their field of specialty for additional certification. We are dedicated to accurate and efficient patient diagnoses no matter their condition. Our interventional radiologists perform some of the most leading-edge treatments available today. We partner with primary care physicians and hospitals across Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, and Hawaii to provide a resource for both patients and physicians.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date billing system for customer files and records
• Generate and send invoices to customers
• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
• Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• Monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Generate aging analysis
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Process adjustments
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, main, or in person as appropriate
• Assist with month-end closing
• Collect data and prepare monthly metrics
• Assist in annual audit
• Full cycle accounts payable back-up
• Vendor contract maintenance and point of contact for staff
• Processes expense reports for physicians and employees through the expense reimbursement platform

Requirements:

• Minimum three (3) years accounts receivable or other accounting experience
• Proficient 10-key skills
• Strong computer skills including Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Ability to take initiative
• Ability to work independently and to collaborate in a group

Compensation for this role is between $26.44 and $31.25 per hour

In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associate's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will remain open until filled.
