Job Summary:

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable processes of VoidForm’s US and Canadian businesses including collections. This role reports to the Controller and functions as part of the accounting team. They also provide support to other accounting team members as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Overall responsibility for ensuring timely collection of customer accounts.

· Receives incoming payments and posts them to the company’s ERP system accurately and in a timely manner on a daily basis.

· Posts customer credit card, ACH and check payments.

· Performs basic troubleshooting to resolve billing issues and escalations when needed.

· Assists customers with invoice related inquiries or questions.

· Manages company’s customer lien process to ensure legal collection rights are protected including monthly preparation and distribution of lien notices.

· Provides lien waivers to customers as requested based on appropriate confirmation of payment.

· Responsible for new customer setup in accounting and CRM systems.

· Files, maintains and distributes accounting documents, records and reports.

· Completes general AR system maintenance as required.

· Performs other duties as assigned based on experience, skills, and business needs.

Requirements:

· Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

· Preferred: 4-year degree in Accounting or related business field

· Preferred: 2 to 3 years of billing experience (Acumatica and CRM experience a plus).

· Preferred: Collections experience in a corporate environment.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
