Sales Development Specialist
Job Location: Temecula, CA (On-Site). Pay Range: $25-$35 per hour
Job Overview:
Are you outgoing and ambitious? We are looking for you! As a Sales Development Specialist, you will build relationships and partnerships with business and enterprise customers over the phone and occasionally in social settings, such as dinners, meetings, and tradeshows. This is a great role for an adventurous person that likes to meet new people!
As the Sales Development Specialist your role will be highly visible within our organization and will be the spearhead to help us drive our sales objectives by offering solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads.
This role requires you to be results-oriented, persistent, and organized! You should be able to learn quickly and eventually present our products to new customers, drive new opportunities, and execute on our sales strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate under the direction of the US sales manager's supervision.
Generates leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of our products.
Work as a team to negotiate and close deals.
Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution and relationship management.
Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings.
Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Flexible: Some global meetings occur outside of normal working hours and holidays, but we offer flex-time to balance.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED (Required).
Bachelor's Degree (A plus but not required).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Microsoft (ie. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Customer Service - Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail.
Communication - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Negotiation - Effective negotiating and closing skills.
Proposal Writing - Experience preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations (A plus, transferrable written communication skills are great too).
Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes - domestic and some international travel may be required. This is an onsite position that will be required to be a physical address in Temecula, CA
Hourly: $25/hr- $35/hr Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Featured Benefits:
