Position Overview

We are looking for a client-centric Inside Sales Representative to accelerate growth through both direct client relationships and by providing channel sales support to key strategic partners. The inside sales rep will be able to quickly learn and demonstrate low/no-code industry knowledge and will be a critical part of executing our go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities Will Include:
Outbound direct sales via LinkedIn, phone, email, in-person events, and social platforms
Navigate the entire sales process from identification to close
Possess a deep understanding of our ideal client profile (ICP), value propositions, and client business models
Drive referrals to QCG through active calling efforts, drip campaigns, and joint marketing efforts
Demonstrate overall account management practices including best practice sharing, industry trends, and business case justification for solutions being presented
Maintain expertise on industry trends/practices and competitive landscape
Develop customer stories, case studies, and client references
Identify new opportunities based on industry trends, market activities, competitive landscape, and partner needs
Collaborate with internal team to define partner solutions and to influence priorities and roadmaps to scale the partnership program
Lead flawless execution and collaboration, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are aligned
Work directly with partner sales and leadership teams
Perform other duties as required and assigned

What You’ll Bring To The Role
Passion for client experience
Experience selling in IT consulting services is a plus
BA/BS degree preferred
2-3 years of relevant work experience in an inside sales or account management position
Demonstrated ability to execute a formal sales process
Ability to navigate the entire sales process from identification to close
Strong understanding of customer dynamics and customer service
Experience with fostering customer relationships while serving as the trusted advisor of client
Experience helping customers identify gaps in business processes and workflows
Familiarity with business process consulting, business transformations, software customization, automation, workflow improvement, etc.
Recognition that QCG exclusively offers services and operates as a consulting company
