The Inside Sales Representative position will grow lubricant, chemical and ancillary sales volume & gross margin to exceed objectives for assigned customers. The Inside Sales Representative will be expected to organize, manage, and develop a relationship with customers in their territory and will gain knowledge of industry, products and services. This position will represent and communicate Lube-Tech’s products, services, policies, procedures, and programs to the customer. Accelerated performance on sales development is expected. In addition to growing an assigned territory, the position will be responsible for lead qualification and new account prospecting.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
Experience/Training:
Minimal local & regional travel required
