Quality Services and Repair is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Louisville, KY

About Us:
Quality Service and Repair is a Multi-State Handyman Service that provides a wide range of repair, maintenance, and improvement services to residential clients across multiple states. Our mission is to deliver top-notch customer service and quality workmanship on every project. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our operations across various locations.

Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-state handyman services. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, coordinate with field staff, and assist in maintaining efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and job assignments for field staff across multiple states.
  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the handyman or construction industry is a plus.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and occasionally travel if needed.
