Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking activities.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored freight solutions to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in freight sales in the transportation and/or logistics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure profitable deals.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of transportation modes, regulations, and logistics practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
