Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all guests are greeted and attended to promptly
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
