Administrative Assistant | Job Location: Dalton, GA

Pay: $16 | hourly

Shift: 8AM - 5PM

Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, your job will primarily be assisting people who come into the office and delegating who they need to see while at the facility. You will service as the receptionist of the facility and monitor calendars for incoming visitors. Part of your responsibilities will be answering phones, entering in events and scheduling appointments, assisting with events and ongoings in the facility, and more as assigned by your manager. More information will be discussed in the interview.

Requirements

For this position, you must have extensive Microsoft Office and Excel experience. Excellent customer service and phone etiquette is required.

This position does require an interview at Qualified Staffing of Dalton and will require an interview for the company this position is for.
