Qsource is searching for experienced, proven, and professional Healthcare Sales Representatives in multiple regions throughout the U.
S. The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and pursuing B2B growth opportunities into new and existing markets.
This position will build, develop, and maintain client relationships in the Nursing Home, Post-Acute, and long-term care market.
The successful candidate will focus primarily on outbound lead generation, converting and closing new sales opportunities, developing new markets, and growing existing accounts to identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities while responding to inbound leads.
Ultimately, this individual will be responsible for achieving revenue targets by expanding into new accounts and territories with a new service offering for the organization.
The primary goal is to expand the organization's reach, generate new business, and foster partnerships that enhance its market position.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry developments to formulate effective strategies.
Identify and engage with potential clients to close new business.
Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in healthcare organizations.
Maintain regular communication to understand their needs and concerns.
Create compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the organization's products or services.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients and close deals.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to build a professional network and identify potential partnerships.
Collaborate with other healthcare organizations or stakeholders to explore joint ventures and collaboration opportunities.
Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies based on market feedback and changing circumstances.
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
Analyze data to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Update and maintain the integrity of client information / data in Salesforce, including lead and contact entry, opportunity progression, and contact interaction.
Stay informed about healthcare industry regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Ensure all business development activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Build a pipeline and strategic sales account plan to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Excellent oral, written, and customer service-oriented communication skills.
Excellent critical thinking ability.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to respond to and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously under short time frames.
Data collection analysis and interpretation skills
Travel Requirements
Employee will work remotely from a home-based office. Approximately 50% travel is required, including overnight stays.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Four (4) years of outside sales experience required.
Two (2) years of experience in long-term care, post-acute, nursing home, or home health environment required.
