The Finance OrganizationAs part of the Finance Organization, you will be in a unique position to impact the future direction the companytakes. Our highly collaborative environment means you will be working with a diverse group of talented people.

The Accounting Manager Role

The Accounting Manager role has a significant impact on our company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and direct a team of Staff and Senior Accountants responsible for completing close tasks, account reconciliations, statutory audits, ad hoc projects, etc.
• Responsible for managing the monthly close process for assigned entities
• Oversee statutory audits and other compliance matters for assigned entities
• Partner closely with FP&A and Financial Reporting teams around monthly variance analysis, management reporting, and GAAP reporting
• Drive process improvement and automation efforts to streamline accounting operations and improve the quality of monthly, quarterly, and annual closes
• Assist with the annual group audit
• Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards
• Other ad-hoc projects as required

Skills and qualifications for this role include:

• Bachelor's Degree: Finance, Accounting
• 5-10 years of accounting experience
• Experience managing and developing staff is desired
• CPA preferred
• Public accounting experience desired
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel andERP environments.
• Good time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Occasional international travel may be required (5%)

The location for this role is/are:

• USA- King of Prussia, PA - Hybrid Role (2 days in office)
