Job Title: Accounting Analyst

Our client is currently seeking an Accounting Analyst in King of Prussia, PA. The role of the Accounting Analyst is responsible for performing accounting functions that will assure accuracy in the organization’s financial statements while maintaining SOX compliance.

Responsibilities Include

• Perform general accounting activities
• Reconcile GL accounts
• Manage Fixed Assets
• Monthly reporting and financial review for month end close
• Maintain SOX compliance
• Monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
• Provide support on special requests and ad-hoc projects as necessary
• Other accounting duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required
• 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting and internal controls, 5 preferred
• 2 years of experience with WIP / job cost data entry and data management required, 5 years preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient in Microsoft 365/Office Suite with advanced skill in MS Excel
• Proficient with ERP software (EPIRCOR preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
