Job Description – HR Business PartnerGeneral DescriptionThe HR Business Partner is responsible for guiding and supporting employees on HR issues/initiatives such as strategic planning, developing supportive HR and organizational strategies, and analyzing requirements for talent acquisition, recruiting, and onboarding.Duties
  • Partners effectively with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management to support a high growth business
  • Coaches leaders on a variety of topics that impact business results
  • Proactively reviews employee data to identify trends and recommends improvements
  • Identifies the goals and vision for the company’s onboarding strategy and creates/maintains an onboarding experience for new employees
  • Continuously improves employee engagement, performance, retention, and experience
  • Assesses and addresses leadership and employee learning and developing needs
  • Provides management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues
  • Actively looks for opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and delivery; proactively suggests new ideas based on data and insights
  • Handles employee relations issues; supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel and direction
  • Leads special projects; evaluates milestone accomplishments throughout project
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Participates in the development and administration of the human resources policies and procedures
  • Assists Recruitment team, as needed, with sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for job openings throughout the organization
  • Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
  • Performs special projects and completes other duties as assigned or requested
Required Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted
  • 5 years’ experience in an HR related role 
Preferred Experience and Education
  • PHR certification
  • Proficiency in JD Edwards

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
