LHH is partnering with a reputable, global organization that is seeking to hire an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its dynamic team! In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, particularly focusing on US Commercial Sales, Marketing, Operations and Support functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with ten (10) or more years of strong experience advising management and senior leaders regarding organizational design, executive strategy, performance management, compensation, talent management and workforce planning. Global experience is desired, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to drive impactful change.

This position is based in the greater Kansas City area (Johnson County) and offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office and 2 remote), competitive salary, bonus potential, comprehensive benefits package (including health insurance), 401K plan, and more.

Responsibilities include:

*Act as a trusted advisor and business partner

*Develop and implement solutions in support of business objectives with a focus on the human element

*Collaborate with business leaders to understand key issues and demands, ensuring present and future challenges are met

*Facilitate efforts and programs regarding workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, performance management, talent development, compensation, training, coaching, employee relations and retention

*Develop HR policies for North America, maintain current knowledge of industry trends, and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance

Qualifications needed:

*Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in Human Resources Management or related; Masters’ degree is preferred

*10 or more years relevant progressive experience in human resources including a focus of being a true business partner to leadership

*Preferable industry experience includes global life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or AEC organizations

*Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment

*Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR operations/compliance

*Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization including diverse cultural and demographic backgrounds
