QCR Holdings is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team! The HR Business Partner role contributes to company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and the organization in support of business objectives. Responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources function including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance & talent management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, employee & manager development, and policy administration for QCR Holdings and Quad City Bank & Trust. Partners with the leadership team to support and execute the strategic plan of the organization. Will work with all levels of employees including senior management.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience. SHRM certification a plus with 5-7 years Human Resource Generalist experience. Must have a broad knowledge of the Human Resources function; Banking industry experience a plus but not required. Excellent organizational skills, ability to organize and manage a variety of projects and tasks while dealing with frequent interruptions. Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work with diverse personalities, mature, tactful and flexible. Good reasoning abilities, sound judgment and excellent verbal & written communication skills. Prior supervisory experience a plus but not required. Ability to work independently and with a high level of energy. Ability to think critically and willingness to question information that seems out of the ordinary, with regard to payroll, background checks, etc. Demonstrated presentation skills in a leadership setting. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Must be able to maintain the utmost confidentiality. Some travel required.
