Human Resources Manager – Malden, MA
Job Summary:
We are currently searching for a Human Resources Manager to join the Pursuit Aerospace organization and lead our Human Resources function in Malden, Massachusetts. This is a key leadership role supporting approximately $70M in annual sales and manufacturing output to the 120 employees of the site.
Key responsibilities include providing leadership and support in functional areas of human resources including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, legal compliance, safety, and health. The HR Manager will work closely with the site Management Team to develop and implement HR policies and programs that support Pursuit’s business objectives and promote a positive and productive work environment. Reporting to the Division Human Resource Director.
