**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement care plans for residents in collaboration with the medical team
- Supervise and lead a team of nurses and healthcare staff
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records
- Review documentation to ensure quality and accuracy
- Manage nursing shifts effectively to maintain optimal staffing levels
**Skills:**
- Extensive experience in nursing, particularly in an assisted living environment
