We are looking for a customer service representative to assist with communication between our client, their customers and our contracted delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, professional communication skills and the ability to handle multitasking throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from delivery drivers
• Navigate dispatch software (training provided)
• Problem solving basic customer issues related to the delivery process
• Assist with monitoring and overseeing loading and offload of product by delivery teams
• Additional responsibilities as required
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Logistics exerience preferred
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with delivery dispatch software a plus
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
