This position will work as a member of the Facilities Management team, and will work independently and participate in team projects, with a wide variety of maintenance responsibilities.

Core Duties and responsibilities

• Act as main POC for pantry machine issues – coffee, water, Bevi, etc
• Responsible for scheduling service for pantry machines and resolving issues.
• Perform various general maintenance activities including simple plumbing, carpentry, and other facility functions.
• Assist with furniture moving, set-up, and assembly.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and projects to completion within specified timeframe.
• Perform (as backup) maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment.
• Handle light bulb maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively within the team and to clients.
• Ability to work early and/or late hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Excellent customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external groups.
• Experience working in a rapid and complex changing environment.
• Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
• Enthusiastic and creative team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and manage multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously.

The salary range is $43,000 - $48,000. This is the salary the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this salary range at any time.
