Your Team
The GT Learning team, within the Global Technology Chief Operating Office, is accountable for supporting a talent pool of ready-now leaders by driving employee engagement and helping to deliver curricula that supports our transformation and career mobility. We are looking for a unique combination of skills/experiences: strong business insight, superior communication and storytelling skills, and curiosity about driving cross-functional ground-breaking change.
This role will support the Director of Global Technology Technical Learning on our transformation learning programs, as well as assist on team-specific projects that help drive engagement and adoption of our learning strategy. This role will project manage key learning initiatives and programs partnering with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
• Lead and deploy technical learning projects, enhancing existing relationships across GT division, with a special focus on synthesizing data into strategic storytelling and presentations.
• Partner on cross team execution of programs, including upskilling and reskilling, project communications, and GT technical learning projects
• Perform analysis on reports and metrics, creating regular dashboards to make recommendations on potential learning object/program improvements
• Provide overall project management support for learning programs and technical interventions
• Manages the day-to-day work of contingent staff and specialists
• Passionate about helping create transformational change
• Thrives in a dynamic environment with a focus on providing exceptional experiences across operational areas
• Partners with external vendors to determine, manage and track program execution
• Provide overall leadership to junior project managers and learning coordinator responsible for specific learning projects.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ experience in executive presentations and strategic messaging
• Must have experience serving as a program manager on large scale technical program or system deployment working with external vendors
• Experienced in presenting data driven recommendations and reporting on project Milestones and Objectives
• Experience in Agile or data visualization (Tableau or Power BI) a plus
• MUST have strong skillset in Excel and PowerPoint, Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Able to exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
• Outcomes oriented with the ability to consistently meet deadlines and adhere to standard operating procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence direction: can articulate thoughts and ideas (technical and non-technical) clearly, concisely, and persuasively in a self-directed manner
• Excellent project management skills resulting in on-time delivery
• Ability to plan, undertake and finish activities to achieve high quality results within set deadlines
• Self-motivated with an ability to learn quickly and autonomously.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to project plans, and adapt to shift direction frequently.

The salary range for this role is from $103,100.00 to $153,500.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
