Where We Need You :

We are seeking a Webinar Program Specialistto complete operational tasks for the North America webinar program, including webinar setup, promotion and production for clients, prospects and partners.

This position will report to the WebinarProgram SeniorManager.

What You Will Be Doing :

Providewebinar setup support on Protiviti’s webinar platform.

Deliver a high-quality experience to our external participants and our internal stakeholders in representation of the webinar program.

Build relationships while working in close collaboration with webinar speakers and cross-functional marketing teams, including email, learning and development, social, digital, and product marketing.

Develop email invitations, newsletters and social media postings to promote upcoming webinars and feature on-demand content.

Create submissions for continuing-education credit when needed.

Update webpage with new webinars and manage on-demand content and chaptering.

Generate registrant reporting prior to the webinar and attendance reporting post-webinar.

Schedule and coordinate speaker walk-through and webinar calendar invites for live sessions.

Lead walk-throughs with internal employee and external-partner presenters.

Troubleshoot technical issues during walk-throughs and live sessions.

Administer Q&A box support during live webinars.

Develop post-webinar performance analysis based on engagement data.

Support the WebinarProgramSeniorManagerin program-improvement projects.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field

Minimum of 2years of experience in B2B marketing / consulting

2 3 years of experience in development and production of webinars (ON24 knowledge preferred)

Proactive team player

Commitment to quality and attention to detailessential

Highenergy and charisma

Project-management skills

Knowledge of Salesforce and email marketing tools

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment.

The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

LI-Hybrid

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location.

Below is the salary range for this job.

$56,000.00 - $86,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and / or discretionary stock compensation opportunities.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$58,800.00 - $90,300.00

We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions.

We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service.

New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
