Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner, working closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support our talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers, attracting top talent, and conducting effective interviews and selection processes.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
  • Resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Implement and deliver training and development programs for employees, ensuring ongoing learning and professional growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in employment laws and regulations, and recommend appropriate actions to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and employee development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leadership to drive HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
