ProStaff Workforce Solutions is seekinga detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our client's team in Avenel, NJ as a Customer Service and E-commerce Lister . This will involve writing engaging product descriptions, selecting relevant keywords, and ensuring that all product information is accurate and up to date. Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $21/hr
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday - 8 am - 5 pm / Friday 8 am - 1 pm

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels including phone and email.
• Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, and other E-commerce platforms ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, etc. for maximum visibility and conversion.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Knowledge of Amazon's marketplace and listing optimization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write compelling product descriptions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality and ability to multitask effectively.
