ProSource Wholesale is Hiring an Outside Sales Specialist Near Orlando, FL
Base salary $50,000-80,000; plus commissions of $5-10K; $100-150K by year 3
ProSource Wholesale Orlando, a Member-based wholesale flooring and kitchen and bath showroom, is seeking an experienced, professional Outside Sales Specialist. This position is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career within an established company by taking each project from the first sales consultation to close, including preparing drawings and budgets, selecting and ordering materials, and consulting with other Trade Professionals to achieve successful project results. This position has the flexibility to use our 35,000-square-foot showroom and warehouse as their home base and to travel to local Builders, Designers, and other Trades Professionals to support them in their Flooring and Kitchen & Bath needs.
We offer a $50,000-80,000 base salary plus commissions of $5-10K. Your earning potential is unlimited and is determined by your drive and effort. Our benefits package includes access to healthcare, a retirement plan, and paid time off.

- Can coordinate with installation contractors on final design specifications and product delivery timelines
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience in the building or home improvement sector
- Experience working with flooring, cabinets, countertops, and/or plumbing fixtures is a PLUS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- An Associate's, or Bachelor’s degree in project management is preferred
- Sales skills and project management experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed with minimal supervision
- Experience/Knowledge of a wide range of flooring and cabinet products is a plus
