About This Position

As Director of Product Marketing, you’ll lead the charge in growing adoption of our software.

The Director of Product Marketing, will sit at the intersection of our product, marketing, and sales organizations, helping to develop the strategies and tactics needed to increase awareness, generate demand, and accelerate our pipeline.

You’ll become an expert on our product, and will build upon your product marketing experience to translate product features and benefits in a way that resonates with our ICP. You’ll take a lead role in refining our buyer personas, the buyer’s journey, and developing marketing plans to engage with the right audience. You love to write compelling content, and will be empowered to play a lead role in developing the content Proscia will use to engage with the market - think product collateral, blogs, presentations, and white papers. And with your experience, you’ll understand how to grab the attention and interest of our ICP personas.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy a sense of ownership, and be excited to wear multiple hats.

Responsibilities

  • Know our Buyers: Continually refine the company’s understanding of the market, the buyer personas, and the digital pathology buyer's journey for the clinical and (or) life sciences segment.
  • Messaging, Positioning, and Claims: Work with our product and marketing teams to evolve our product messaging and positioning to resonate with our personas. Secure product claims to support your efforts. Continue to refine our value proposition and communicate them clearly.
  • Product Launch Management: Lead product launches, and play a key role in launch campaign development.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop the tools needed to support our sales team throughout all stages of the buyer’s journey, including brochures, case studies, leave behinds, and more.
  • Content Creation: We have a great story to tell, and we need your help to tell it! Much of the role will be focused on creation of compelling content to drive interest and engagement.
  • Insights and Intel: Become our go-to expert on industry, market, and product insights to inform our campaign development, competitive positioning, and company growth.

Required

  • Enterprise software Product Marketing experience in the clinical (hospital, health network, commercial lab) and/or life sciences (biopharma, contract research organization, etc.) market
  • Proven experience working with product and engineering teams to plan and spearhead comprehensive product launches into our direct sales and channels of distribution.
  • Proven experience writing compelling content (i.e. white papers, blogs, product literature) - writing samples will be requested.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • The enthusiasm to take an active role in building and growing the company
  • Belief in Proscia’s mission and vision for taking on the fight against cancer
  • Preferred: Experience in pathology and/or digital pathology, or previous experience in marketing or product management in the pathology/digital pathology space.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree
