Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts in the property maintenance industry
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and ensure satisfaction with services
- Coordinate and oversee facilities management tasks, including scheduling maintenance and repairs
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers
- Upsell additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking and managing work orders
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms
- Proficient in using office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

JOB SUMMARY
The Account Manager is a member of the Property Management team and is responsible for interacting with the resident and serves as a primary liaison between central support and the market office. This includes resident-facing customer service, administrative operations in Salesforce and Yardi, property visits and general support of the market office.
