ProCraft Cabinetry is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative (FT) Near Countryside, IL

Chicago Metropolitan Stone Fabricators, Inc is a leading fabricator and installer of granite and quartz countertops for B2B customers, and we are currently seeking a full-time and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, specifically in the countertop fabrication and installation industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and cold-calling.
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Process in-depth product knowledge and coordinate with the management to ensure company gold and customer needs.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in outside sales, specifically in the countertop fabrication and installation industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and problem-solving.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Benefits:
  • 10 Days paid time off.

Salary:
  • Annually $50,000 or more, depending on experience.
Work Hours:
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
