Service Desk Technician Job Details
The Service Desk Technician will be engaged in a variety of responsibilities including monitoring and resolving Level 1 tickets, escalating Level 2 tickets, and supporting end-user environments within the corporate firewall.
This includes managing devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, as well as telecommunication equipment like VOIP phones and video conference systems.
The technician will ensure these systems are secure and operate efficiently, handle asset management software tools, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues.
