Location: Hebron-KY, Georgetown, KY, Princetown, IN, Cincinnati, OH, Union, KY, Florence, KY & Irvine-CA, Plano-TX, Long Beach-CA,Phoenix-AZ
Candidate should be ready for Travel for KT (Knowledge Transfer) - Across US ( first 2 to 3 Months)
Description: Fulltime role with TCS
- Imaging, Troubleshooting Windows 7 and windows 10, Printer, office 365 app support, Mobile device support,
- Experience in Desktop support management.
- Troubleshooting skills on Laptop/Desktop/Mobile Device Management
- Printer and network troubleshooting Experience in supporting video conference rooms, PC Lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting Data center activities.
- Good communication skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,124.62 - $50,935.03 per year
