Role: PC Depot Lead

Location: Irving, TX

Fulltime Role with TCS

• PC Hardware Knowledge
• Software Imaging and Configuration
• Troubleshooting Expertise: Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, enabling efficient PC maintenance and support for end-users.
• Asset Management: Ability to implement and maintain asset management systems for tracking PC inventory, warranties, and service agreements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Logistics and Inventory Control: Experience in logistics management and inventory control processes to oversee PC shipments, storage, and distribution effectively.
• Compliance and Data Security: Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance requirements to ensure secure disposal of PCs and adherence to legal hold protocols.
• Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with PC vendors, service providers, and contractors to facilitate procurement, repairs, and support services.

you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of PC refreshes, repairs, disposals, legal hold, and deployments within our organization. This role requires strong asset management skills and logistical expertise to ensure efficient and effective handling of all PC-related processes. You will lead a team dedicated to maintaining the integrity and functionality of our PC infrastructure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,901.40 - $60,709.21 per year
