Title: Material Handler
1st Shift :
Mon-Thur 6:15am - 3:15pm, Fri 6:15am - 12:15pm
Pay rate : $17/hr
2nd Shift:
Hours: Mon-Thur 3:45pm - 12:45 am, Fri 12:45pm - 6:45pm
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
3rd Shift:
Sun - 9:30pm - 6:30am, Mon-Thur 12:30am - 6:30am
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to transport materials around the warehouse
- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers
- Stack and store merchandise in the appropriate areas
- Ensure goods are stored in the correct location
- Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
