ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the office by handling various administrative tasks, answering phone calls, and scheduling.

Skills:
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Position is part time, 20-25 hours per week!

Office is located in Pawtucket
