POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a HRBP for our human resource’s function, contributing to the overall success of our organization. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, overseeing day-to-day HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires a combination of leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Remote role with occasional travel to Dallas office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Provide leadership and guidance on complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Utilize HR technology and analytics for streamlined processes and data-driven decision-making.
• Supervise HR staff, provide mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Collaborate with other department heads and executives on cross-functional initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in HR management, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Proven experience in fostering and maintaining strong employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and empathy-building strategies, enhancing workplace cohesion and morale.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
